I'm Dave — a Brisbane-based serial founder who's spent 15 years building and running companies. Business, tech and innovation are where my curiosity lives, and I've gathered real depth across finance, operations, product and co-operative models.
Leadership taught me to learn on the move. Every stage, every industry asked something new. The thread running through all of it is foresight — in growth, in people, in the tough calls. Getting ahead of the problem is what makes the difference.
After selling my property group in 2022 I went fully remote — four years travelling while running Brewlabs operations and trading my own capital. What started as manual trading became a fully automated operation I designed and built myself — which is how I learned AI engineering, end to end.
Today I direct AI agents as a genuine force multiplier — designing, building and maintaining software end to end. I'm looking to bring that to my next role.

Internal trading terminals, prediction and market forecasting tools. Treasury and investment management.
Brewlabs Collective
Co-founder. Web3 builds for 200+ international clients — end-to-end applications, roadmaps, token launches. Coordinated a global dev team. Owned operations, client relationships, sales, business development and growth.
CBS Property Group
Co-founded my first company at 23. Grew to a medium-sized enterprise with $750M+ AUM, still operational today. Principal management of on-site management rights for residential sites up to 350 apartments. Spawned offshoot insurance and fire-compliance companies.
